Flow Yoga (all levels )
This gentle class is suitable for both beginners and more experienced practitioners, and will help restore the mind & body. Class may include some meditation, breathing exercises, sun salutations and flow movement through yoga postures (known as asana’s).
Yin Yoga (all levels )
The practice of Yin Yoga targets the deeper connective tissues in the body, primarily the low back and hips. Yin involves long holdings of mostly seated postures, the challenge being to hold stillness with breath as we open these yin areas. The practice provides balance to more active, yang practices. This class is suitable for all levels and abilities.
Advanced Asana Yoga (levels 1 & 2 )
Add excitement and depth to your yoga practice by challenging to elevate every aspect of your routine – breathing, focus, and physical technique. This playful class will aim to inspire and bring you to a higher level of comfort and ease in advanced asana. This class is open to all levels, however will be directed towards intermediate and advanced levels. It is a great way to challenge your practice regardless of your level.
Beginners Yoga (all levels )
This is a great class to come and learn the essentials of Yoga. It is suitable for new practitioners (and those who claim to not be flexible:) as well as seasoned practitioners who want to come back to the foundation of the practice.
Restorative Yoga (all levels )
Restorative class involves long holds in order to tap into your deeper connective tissue and structure of the body. Deep restorative work allows us to physically, mentally & emotionally restore those areas of the whole body. It also helps you bring yourself to a place where you can surrender and let go. This class is suitable for beginners or those who want to deepen a current yoga practice.
Shakti Flow (levels 1 & 2 )
A playful selection of clasic asana (postures) chosen to embrace potential. In Sanskrit, Shakti is the sacred force or dynamic empowerment of the Universe.
Karma Yoga (all levels )
Karma definition-Comes from Indian religions and is the concept of ‘action’ or ‘deed’, understood as that which causes the entire cycle of ’cause and effect’. $5 minimum donation (proceeds go to local charities). The style of this class is similar to the Flow yoga class and is suitable for both beginners and regular practitioners.
This class offers expectant mothers a holistic experience in her experience of pregnancy, labour and motherhood. Mom;s can be at any stage of pregnancy to join this class which will help develop greater awareness of your body and baby:) This class will explore gentle postures, breath work, visualization, and help stretch the body in a gentle and appropriate style for pregnancy.
Ashtanga Flow Yoga (all levels )
Focusing on ujjayi breathing (this will be taught), students will be flowing through a modified primary series of Ashtanga yoga practice, heating the body internally. While students become familiar with the primary series, this series will be modified from week to week as new postures are introduced and as students build strength and confidence in their own practice. This invigirating and active flow class is open to students of all levels and experience.
Core Flow (all levels )
Let your stress melt away with this amazing practice. Prana fusion helps draw energy and movement into the body by utilizing ancient practices, such as pranayama, meditation & guided imagery. You will also bring strength into your body by developing your core and practicing alignment. Suitable for all levels.
Hot Yoga (levels 1 & 2)
You will experience the similar style of a traditional flow class yet come ready to sweat! This classes is suitable for those who have a regular practice. Please ensure you bring a bottle of water and a towel for this class!
Yoga & Meditation (all levels )

Oh yes all the great elements of a flow class with the added musical vibe. This class is about exploring playfulness in your asana practice. Come and expect a fun free flowing class! Be prepared to sweat in this class
Yoga for Skiers (all levels)
This class is designed to help build strength and balance, with a focus of stretching. You can expect a flow style class with variation each week. Flexibility is not required. Come and connect with your practice and strengthen your body for people with an active lifestyle.
Vinyasa Flow (all levels)
Based on The Primary Series as taught by Sri Patthabi Jois (1915-2009), this invigorating practice burns accumulated toxins in the body, resulting in enhanced circulation and a calm mind. Aspects of yoga philosophy will be included in each class.
Zumba (all levels)
ZUMBA is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements, creating a dynamic, exciting, and exhilarating fitness system. Dancers and non-dancers alike easily master a ZUMBA class including the rhythms of Merengue, Salsa (my favourite), Cumbia, Reggaeton, Flamenco, and Belly Dance. Join the Party!
