Sheri Zebroff-Registered Massage Therapist

Sheri Zebroff, RMT has over 10 years of experience. She uses the assessment of soft tissue and joints with a wide range of massage techniques to bring the body into balance including: myofascial release, deep tissue massage, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, hot stone therapy, hydrotherapy, reiki, healing touch, aromatherapy kinesiology and remedial exercise. For prenatal massage Sheri uses a supportive body cushion which allows a pregnant woman to lie face down/belly down to the end of the second trimester(usually) and during the third trimester the body cushion provides a comfortable side-lying position for treatment.

Aromatherapy Kinesiology is a unique methodology of identifying a particular essential oil that promotes balance in our emotional state. Often we carry stress in our spiritual, emotional, mental or physical bodies leading to “dis-ease” in the body. Aromatherapy kinesiology is gentle method guiding one back to harmony using self affirmations, reflective questions and stimulating heart blossoming points which directly correlate to acupuncture meridian points. Essential oils profoundly shift our emotional state therefore clarifying our feelings.
The human body is a marvelous combination of seen and unseen systems working together. Addressing the body as whole, we honor the delicate network and connection between body, mind and spirit this being the source of true wellness.
Registered Massage Therapy Rates:
Initial Assessment 75min – $85
60 minute massage – $70
